1. If you call for extended days, other than your initial contract, you will be charged.
2. The Roll-Off will be picked up 7 calendar days from drop off date unless notified before then for early pick up. If you need the Roll-Off relocated on site there will be an additional $75 fee charged. Container must be easily accessible for delivery/pick up or a fee will be charged.
3. In the event there is a breach of contract, customer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees, collections fees, etc.
4. A $35 NSF fee as well as interest, will be charged for all returned checks. If not replaced within 24 hours of notification, we will prosecute to the full extent immediately. 
5. All containers are COD unless an account is set up. R-Mac accepts cash, check or credit cards. Credit card fees apply.
6. R-Mac will not accept any Hazardous Material including paint, batteries, tires, appliances, Freon, medical waste, biohazards, propane tanks, etc. If such waste is found in containers, they are subject to be dumped at your site. Tires can be hauled off for additional fee of $25 each.
7. R-Mac places dumpsters on site at the request of customer. R-Mac is not responsible for damages done to the property, driveways, and curbs. Concrete especially is subject to break due to weight. Not responsible for asphalt, water, or any service/utility line above or below ground. Not responsible for any landscaping damage. 
8. Customer agrees that if the container is damaged in any way, including but not limited to graffiti, wheel damage, bent rail, fire, or theft , customer will be responsible for all repair costs.
9. Customer agrees that the container will only be filled to its capacity. If any container is overloaded, the container will not be hauled off until the contents are leveled off. Customer is responsible for all additional fees accrued while contents are being leveled off. If the customer does not level, we will dump at site, no refund will be issued.
10. Weight over 2 ton is an additional $70 per ton (price per ton subject to change).
11. Any dumpster or overage not paid for in full will result in that dumpster or equivalent weight from another dumpster being dumped on site.
12. Every dumpster is a new rental.
